Bio
Quilla Lofton is the IT Director for the Office of Human Resources. Since March 2014, she has led the department’s efforts to modernize and improve the efficiency of its hardware, software, systems, and applications. As the IT leader for central HR, Quilla is responsible for shaping and advancing the department’s technical goals and strategies in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities
Oversees IT operations within the department and ensures effective, efficient support for all third-party and internally managed IT infrastructure that supports business processes across municipal government. Collaborates closely with the Office of Innovation & Technology to develop and implement infrastructure and operations strategies. Ensures alignment with the broader strategic goals of both the City and the Office of Human Resources.
