Bio
Marsha Greene-Jones has served as the Deputy Chief for Benefits Administration for the City of Philadelphia since October 2015. In her role as the City’s benefits leader, Marsha brings international experience as a human resources professional, which has helped shape and implement the benefits strategy for both active and retired employees. Her continued focus on health literacy and removing barriers to equitable healthcare are key drivers of improved health outcomes—for employees, their families, and the financial sustainability of the City’s health plan.
Responsibilities
Directs citywide benefits operations, Open Enrollment, and wellness initiatives. Serves as a Pension Board designee, City Trustee for union Health & Welfare Funds, and oversees OHR contracts and procurement.
