Bio
Janine LaBletta has served as the Deputy Chief for Hiring Services for the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Human Resources since March 2021. In this role, she leads a dedicated human resources team focused on modernizing and enhancing the City’s hiring processes to better serve departments and job seekers alike.

Responsibilities
Leads all OHR divisions related to citywide hiring services and compensation activities. Oversees exempt salary approvals, executive recruitment, and the implementation of collective bargaining agreements. Serves as the primary liaison to the Budget Office, Labor Relations, and OnePhilly leadership.
